At Mozart the Salon, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your appointments. To best serve all of our valued clients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients waiting for an appointment. A no-show fee may apply for missed appointments without prior notice.
Late Arrival Policy: To ensure that all clients receive their full appointment time, we recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event of a late arrival of more than 10 minutes, please get in touch with us. Your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
